Refund Policy

Weblytic Labs provides a 10-day module exchange guarantee, allowing customers to use their paid amount to purchase any other module, provided the originally purchased module hasn’t been downloaded. Refund requests are not accepted. If the new module costs less than the original, the balance will not be refunded.

If a significant issue arises after installing our module, we require admin and FTP details to investigate. Note that we do not allow Remote Desktop or Teamviewer access. Please do not purchase any module if you cannot share admin, FTP, and database login details when required. Refunds will be issued only if we cannot resolve the module issues. Refund requests are otherwise not accepted.

Before requesting a replacement or refund, customers must delete the product from their domain and confirm this via email. You can email us at support@weblyticlabs.com with your Order Number mentioned in the mail.

Customers have 10 days from the purchase date to test the module on their store. After this period, no replacement or refund requests will be considered.

We urge customers to thoroughly review the module descriptions, demos, and screenshots. Post-purchase, no refund or replacement requests will be processed based on dissatisfaction with the design, features, or expected functionality of the module.
