  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support business objectives
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
  • Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations
  • Administer benefits, payroll, and performance appraisal processes
  • Foster employee engagement through training, development programs, and recognition initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR records, reports, and documentation
  • Handle exit interviews and manage offboarding processes
  • Guide management on HR best practices and employment law

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus
